Mr. Lacer possesses over twenty-five years of
experience in civil litigation. He is a graduate of The Catholic University
of America's Columbus School of Law where he distinguished himself in
appellate advocacy. In more than twenty-six years as an attorney, he has
practiced extensively in a broad range of law including business and
commercial, real estate and land use, estates, torts and wrongful death
litigation both as plaintiff's and defense counsel. He has advised and represented a broad range of corporate and professional entities
on matters of business organization, asset protection, employment and
insurance. He has represented private and public sector clients on public
policy and governmental matters. In addition to extensive trial court
experience, Mr. Lacer has engaged in appellate practice before the Maryland
Court of Special Appeals and Court of Appeals. He has extensive
experience in contracts
on a broad range of legal topics including employment, business transactions
and real estate. He advises clients on asset protection and estate planning
and provides legal counsel on issues pertaining to family law.
