Acted as chief executive officer. Responsible for overall daily management
of all aspects of County Government - supervision of county departments,
implementation of operating budget and capital budget, and coordination of
Board of County Commissioner’s functions, and “Of Counsel” to the
Department of Law, St. Mary’s County Government. Responsible for the
legal supervision and direction of the Department of Law for county
government.
